The general goal of the project is to strengthen the connection between EU countries and non-member countries of South-Eastern Europe (Western Balkans) by analyzing the necessary competences for collaborative learning in mixed learning environments and for the accessibility and responsiveness of vocational education. Through professional training of educational staff, updated educational and professional programs and implementation in combined learning environments, we will encourage and support innovation, development and use of digital production technologies among students and adults with the aim of faster economic and general development in partner countries. Participating organizations will be able to implement learning in combined learning environments, encourage and support innovation, development and use of digital production technologies among students and adults with the aim of comprehensive development, through professional development of teaching staff, updating of existing educational programs and development of new programs. Based on the newly acquired knowledge, we will analyze the industrial environment in the partner countries for the necessary competences for the management and introduction of induction logic programmable controllers (PLC). Based on this, we will prepare a joint shorter training program, which will be carried out in combination and will have a digital micro-credential (Open Badge).
We will establish an internal platform where we will publish and exchange existing and new short programs for acquiring new competencies for automation in companies. The portal will also have an e-classroom, which will be the basis for training teachers, training managers and experts in vocational education and training in mixed learning environments, as well as for the implementation of shorter programs for acquiring new competencies for collaborative learning and automation in companies in mixed learning environments. We will use Open Badges, to recognize new competencies, knowledge, achievements, skills and attitudes.
