Competences and educational programs for cooperative learning

Work Package 2

Objectives

 

  • Analysis of necessary competencies for cooperative learning which teachers and other providers of vocational education should have.In each country, an analysis will be made of which competencies need to be acquired or improved. The analysis will take into account the entire environment of vocational education – schools and companies where students acquire practical knowledge and skills
  • Organization of workshops with vocational education and training teachers and mentors and vocational education and training experts to share experiences and knowledge about cooperative learning with the wider professional public of vocational education and training
  • Preparation of a set of competencies that are most important and necessary for cooperative learning
  • Using Open Badges for education and training and learning on the job – what we need to issue open badges, how they can be awarded and how employers recognize them
  • Developing a common curriculum for collaborative learning. The curriculum will contain all the necessary elements of a modern education curriculum, which will have assessment criteria and evidence of acquired competencies for the Open Badge. The curriculum will be designed to be implemented in blended learning environments
  • Preparation of competence acquisition programs for collaborative learning in blended learning environments
